Morning Heights Ride
5:30 - 7:00 AM Mon/Wed/Thur/Fri

Meets at the Starbucks on Memorial - small ride, 20-25 miles I've been doing for a couple of years.  M- recovery tempo, bring your fixie; W-F a little faster, mostly base.  Heads down Allen Parkway to bagby and back to Montrose, Washington, Heights, 14th, Micheaux, White Oak, Houston, Washington/Blossom and back to Memorial Park for 3 laps on the picnic loop and one big loop before heading home.  You need lights for visibility.  Traffic, air quality, heat and sun are not issues at this hour.  Does not roll on Tuesdays.  Due to small size and sometimes intermittence of the ride, best to email Dan Lundeen so we'll watch for you.
